Castleton Residency Fund
The Castleton Residency Fund was established by the Châteauville Foundation in 2007, after the success of its first full-scale Residency production of Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia. Support for the Fund will enable us to sustain and expand the Residency Program, and ensure that the participating Fellows continue to be chosen on the basis of artistic merit alone.
Annual contributions to the Fund help meet the costs of the Castleton Fellowships, which exceed $5000 for each participating young artist, covering transportation, housing, meals and mentoring/coaching for a 4-5 week period in Castleton.
Patrons of the Castleton Residency directly support at least one Castleton Fellow and are invited to meet the young artist(s) whom they sponsor during the course of the Residency. Details on other benefit levels are available from Douglas Beck (dbeck@chateauville.org) or 212-873-3683.
The Châteauville Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
We are enormously grateful to all of our donors to the Residency Fund in 2008.
